Operations & System Integrator

We are seeking a detail-oriented and innovative Operations Specialist to join Selestial. In this role, you’ll be responsible for designing, optimizing, and implementing workflows that enhance operational efficiency for both our internal teams and our clients. This position focuses on leveraging tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, and other automation tools to create scalable systems that streamline processes, improve productivity, and drive measurable results.

Responsibilities:

1. Workflow Design & Implementation:

   • Build and implement workflows for Selestial’s internal operations and for client businesses, with a focus on scalability and efficiency.

   • Utilize tools like GoHighLevel, Zapier, and other automation platforms to automate repetitive tasks and optimize processes.

2. Optimization & Problem Solving:

   • Identify inefficiencies in current workflows and design solutions to improve productivity and performance.

   • Monitor workflow performance and make necessary adjustments to ensure seamless functionality.

3. Collaboration & Documentation:

   • Work closely with internal teams and clients to understand their operational needs and translate them into actionable workflows.

   • Document workflows and processes clearly to ensure proper implementation and understanding across all stakeholders.

4. Training & Support:

   • Provide training and support to team members and clients on newly designed workflows and automation tools.

   • Ensure team members are equipped with the knowledge and skills to effectively use the systems implemented.

5. Innovation & Continuous Improvement:

   • Stay updated on emerging tools and technologies to identify opportunities for further automation and optimization.

   • Recommend and implement improvements to continually enhance operational efficiency.

Requirements:

1. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with a systems-thinking mindset.

2. Hands-on experience with workflow automation tools such as GoHighLevel, Zapier, and other automation platforms.

3. Familiarity with project management and task organization tools like ClickUp.

4. Detail-oriented and capable of managing multiple projects simultaneously.

5. Excellent communication and collaboration skills, with the ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders.

6. Prior experience in operations, project management, or workflow design (preferably in SaaS or service-based industries).
