Divine Acquisition reserves the right to modify or discontinue any features or services at any time, with or without notice.

3. Eligibility

To use Selestial, you must:

• Be at least 18 years old.

• Have the legal authority to bind your business or yourself to these Terms.

• Agree to abide by these Terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

4. Account Registration and Security

To access Selestial, you must create an account, providing accurate and complete information. You are responsible for:

B. Payment Terms

• Payment Method: You authorize Selestial to charge your provided payment method for subscription fees. It is your responsibility to keep payment information up to date.

  
  

• Renewals: Subscriptions automatically renew at the end of each billing cycle unless canceled.

  
  

C. Refund Policy
Refunds are eligible only if requested within the first 7 days following the purchase date. Refund requests made after this 7-day period are ineligible for a refund.

6. Chargeback Policy

By agreeing to these Terms, you acknowledge that chargebacks or payment disputes initiated with your bank or payment provider are serious matters. To avoid the inconvenience and potential fees associated with chargebacks, we encourage users to contact our support team at contact@selestial.io or contact@divineacquisition.io to address any billing issues or service-related concerns.

• Account Suspension or Termination: If a chargeback is initiated, Selestial reserves the right to immediately suspend or terminate your account access, pending resolution of the dispute.

• Future Service Eligibility: Users who initiate a chargeback may lose eligibility for future services.

Unless otherwise stated, Selestial and/or its licensors own the intellectual property rights for all material on this website and platform. All intellectual property rights are reserved. You may access this platform for your own personal use, subject to the restrictions set in these Terms.
