Selestial Growth Specialist (Outreach & Client Acquisition)
We are looking for a Selestial Growth Specialist to join our team and help drive the growth of Selestial by generating leads and converting them into clients. In this role, you will be trained on our entire growth and fulfillment process to master the outreach and sales strategy. You will work closely with the Selestial team to build relationships with cleaning and trade business owners, pitch our solutions, and ensure a smooth transition into our SaaS ecosystem.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach and Lead Generation:
Execute outreach campaigns on GoHighLevel, social platforms (e.g., Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn), and email to generate leads for Selestial’s SaaS platform.
Use personalized messaging and targeted strategies to engage cleaning and trade business owners.
Build and maintain a strong pipeline of potential clients, ensuring consistent follow-up and engagement.
Sales and Conversions:
Qualify leads, schedule discovery calls, and conduct demos to showcase Selestial’s value propositions.
Work collaboratively with the sales team to convert leads into paying clients.
Training and Mastery of Growth Processes:
Complete comprehensive training on Selestial’s growth and fulfillment processes, gaining a deep understanding of how to implement solutions for clients.
Apply this knowledge to refine outreach strategies and provide high-quality onboarding experiences for new clients.
Client Relationship Management:
Utilize GoHighLevel and CRM tools to track leads, manage pipelines, and document client interactions.
Build long-term relationships with prospects and clients by addressing concerns and ensuring satisfaction throughout the sales process.
Strategic Input and Collaboration:
Work closely with the founder and team to improve outreach strategies and refine sales pitches based on client feedback.
Provide insights and data on outreach performance to help shape future campaigns.
Qualifications
2+ years of experience in outreach, sales, or client acquisition, preferably in SaaS or service-based industries.
Strong communication and relationship-building skills with a customer-first mindset.
Proficiency in GoHighLevel and familiarity with social platforms for lead generation.
Ability to work independently, stay organized, and achieve outreach and sales targets.
Self-motivated with a growth-oriented attitude, eager to learn and implement new processes.
Familiarity with the cleaning and trade industries is a plus.
