Selestial Specialist (Client Placement)
We are seeking a Selestial Specialist to join our team and be placed with one of our client companies to help drive lead generation and conversions. This role focuses on executing outreach campaigns, managing leads, and supporting trade businesses (primarily cleaning companies) in scaling their services. As a Selestial Specialist, you will play a vital role in ensuring the success of our clients by generating leads, managing communications, and converting prospects into loyal customers.
Key Responsibilities
Outreach and Lead Generation:
Manage and execute outreach campaigns on platforms like Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, and email for assigned client companies.
Use targeted and personalized messaging to attract and engage potential customers for the client’s services.
Lead Conversion and Triage:
Qualify leads through triage calls or messaging, ensuring they meet the client’s service criteria.
Schedule appointments or service jobs for the client, ensuring seamless communication and follow-through.
Address objections and provide information to convert prospects into paying customers.
CRM and Task Management:
Utilize tools like HubSpot to manage leads, track engagement, and document progress.
Use task management software like ClickUp to stay organized and ensure timely completion of outreach campaigns.
Client Communication and Reporting:
Act as a representative for the client company, maintaining professional and effective communication with leads and customers.
Provide regular performance reports to the client, highlighting outreach success, lead conversion rates, and recommendations for improvement.
Collaboration with Selestial Team:
Work closely with Selestial’s team to ensure the outreach strategies align with the client’s goals and needs.
Participate in training sessions and continuous improvement initiatives to enhance your outreach and lead conversion skills.
Qualifications
1+ years of experience in sales, outreach, or virtual assistant roles, preferably in service-based industries.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with a customer-first mindset.
Experience managing outreach campaigns and using CRM tools like HubSpot.
Ability to handle objections, qualify leads, and manage a high-volume outreach pipeline.
Organized, detail-oriented, and self-motivated to achieve and exceed targets.
Familiarity with the cleaning or trade industry is a plus but not required.

Compensation
Hourly pay with performance-based bonuses for meeting and exceeding client outreach and lead conversion targets.
Opportunity for growth within Selestial’s client network and the chance to work with multiple client companies.
Salary Between: $400 - $750/Month
